Ethical Paddy Procurement
We source paddy directly from verified farming communities across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana — ensuring fair pricing, traceability from field to facility, and consistent raw material quality.
Milling & Raw Material Inspection
Incoming paddy undergoes moisture testing, aflatoxin screening and visual grading before milling. Only batches meeting our internal standards — tighter than FSSAI minimums — proceed to the next stage.
FRK Extrusion & Fortification
Micronutrient premix is precision-blended with rice flour and extruded into Fortified Rice Kernels (FRK) using automated twin-screw extruders. Each FRK is identical in size and colour to natural rice — with nutrients locked in.
In-House Quality Laboratory Testing
Every batch is tested in our in-house NABL-accredited laboratory for nutrient content accuracy, food safety, moisture levels and FSSAI compliance before any bag is sealed or dispatched.
GMP-Compliant Packing & Labelling
Certified batches are packed in cleanroom environments under GMP and HACCP protocols. Every bag carries the FSSAI +F Mark, batch number, nutrient declaration and full traceability code.
Distribution to Every plate
Packed rice is dispatched via our integrated logistics network to PDS depots, Mid-Day Meal kitchens, PMGKAY warehouses and institutional buyers across 5+ states — with digital tracking on every consignment.
